Eligibility

For Nursery the child has to complete 3 years by 30 September of the academic session for which the parent is seeking admission.For classes Jr KG onwards the child should successfully complete the previous class.
 

Process

The admission procedure is a two round process.

ROUND I : Admission forms duly filled in and submitted to the school office
ROUND II : Interaction with child and parents

Applicants should clear each round in order to secure admission, which is subject to the availability of seats. The school reserves the right to refuse admission without disclosing the reason.
 
Round I - Admission form submission
Complete the admission form enclosed in the folder. You are requested to go through the procedure and instructions carefully before filling the admission form. Incomplete or illegible forms will not be accepted. Before submitting the admission form at the school office, take a photocopy of the same for your records.
 
Attach all the necessary documents duly attested to the completed admission form and submit the same to the school office between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
 
On submission of the form you will receive the Interaction schedule. Kindly refer to the details and ensure adherence to the same.
 
Round II -Interaction
Parents will be required to appear for the interactive session along with their child in the Principal's office. Ensure that you are in time for the interactive session. Both parents are required to attend the session.
 
List of applicants who clear Round II (Final round) will be notified telephonically.
 
You are now required to secure the admission by paying the fees at the school office between 9:00 am to 11:00 am within two days of receiving the phone call. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the admission. Payment must be made at the school office by Crossed Cheque or pay order only, in favor of St Soldier Divine Public School.
 
At this time you are also required to submit the school leaving certificate / Transfer certificate from the previous school within one week's time.
 
After seeking admission if for any reason you wish to withdraw your child from the school in the same month, fees for the first month will not be refunded.
